Back in 1979, Mr. Dimitris Tzavaras, set up a joint undertaking company under the name Dimitris Tzavaras Inc., located in Marousi-Athens.
Some years later the company renamed to “Mochemco ltd”

“Mochemco ltd” was established serving the light industry mechanical equipment. In collaboration with experienced co-workers, it designed machinery and assembled individual machines, turning them into organized and well tuned lines of production. The company, supported by its qualified personnel was exporting and installing products in Africa and Middle East.
In 1988, Mr. Dimitris Tzavaras with his wife Mrs. Elisavet Tzavaras, founded another company under the name “Organica ltd”. The new company, at that time, started with the production of chemical raw materials for cosmetic and household use, such as emulsifiers and others, while in the same time, started trading commodities for the cosmetic industry, in Africa and Middle East.
  
“Organica ltd”  produced its chemical raw materials from 1988 to 1996 in a rented factory in Athens-Greece. In 1996 a new, private-owned, modern factory was built in Volos-Greece Industrial Area. Production was transferred there, while company’s headquarters were located in Athens.

Few years later, in 1999, the headquarter offices moved in to a new private-owned building in Agia Paraskevi-Athens.
In 2004 the two companies, “Mochemco ltd” and “Organica ltd “merged under the brand name Mochemco+Organica  Associates ltd (M+O Associates ltd.) with the production of both segments (chemicals and machinery) in Volos factory, while headquarters remained in Agia Paraskevi-Athens.

As the company was growing, more products and services were added in the company’s business portfolio.
In the meantime, following up generation, Mrs. Katerina Tzavaras (MSc Analytical Chemist) and Mr. Chronis Tzavaras (Mechanical Engineer), joined the company.
